Hi Everyone,
Sorry for the long absence. I’ve got strings of messages from you all to get through and I promise I’ll try and answer them all. I’ve got a weeks holiday coming up and I’m putting aside a couple of days to do that so if you’re wondering if I’m ever going to reply to you, the answer is yes! Just been a very busy period of work and life adjustment…which I’ll fill you in about soon too.

Hi Jordan, please try to get back to me I’m having a lot of difficulties and would like some advise.
Hi Shaquasia,
Sorry, been a busy time! How are you and what issues have you been having? Jordan x
Hey Jordan,
I get the stabbing pain just around my belly button from time to time and it’s worst than child birth. It’s like someone is stabbing by with a sharp object over and over again. If my bowels are backed up or I’ve just eaten too much is usually when it happens. Doctors basically tell me to live with it. I suffered a brain aneurysm rupture August of 2916 and had my shunt placed 12 days later.
Hi Misty,
Ah yes, it’s terrible pain. I spoke to my neurosurgeon’s team last week about this; the pressure in the abdomen (caused by general things including constipation etc.) is apparently quite big so if we eat a lot/get bunged up, it can affect how and where the shunt can move. Same happens if we put on a lot of weight. I eat little and often to avoid this and it generally works – rather than eating a load at once! Maybe worth a go? All the best! Jordan x
